Cancellation and Refund Policies:
Cancellation of booking can be made allowed to customers at the following circumstance:
- Cancellation made prior 15 Days - 100% Refund.
- Cancellation made 7 days - 50 % Refund.
- Cancellation Made 7-2 Days - 25 % Refund.
- 100% Retention charge applicable for no Shows and for the confirmed booking cancellation before 48Hrs prior to arrival.
Standard booking:
Cancellation of booking can be made allowed to customers at the following circumstance:

Child policy:
- Children above 5year will charge for extra person
No show :
- 100% Retention charge applicable for no Shows & for the confirmed booking cancellation before 48Hrs prior to arrival.
Terms and Conditions:
- The minimum age for check-in is 18.
- Pets are not allowed.
Privacy Policies :
- For Foreign Nationals scanned copies of Passport and Visa submission is mandatory for C-Form submission to Government of India.
- A valid government-issued ID is required for all guests at the time of check-in for security and operational purposes.
- We collect the Overseas Citizenship of Another Country (OCA) documentation from international guests as part of our check-in and identification process.
- Personal information collected during booking and stay is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
